We are looking for a highly compassionate and dependable individual to fill the position of Caregiver. Ideally, you’ll have caregiving experience, medication administration, heavy lifting experience, and a good understanding of client rights.

Direct Support Professional duties will include but not limited to,
- Follow all documentation guidelines for services provided to individuals, and any other assistance provided as outlined by County Board of Developmental Disabilities (DODD)
- Helping individuals with daily activities of living.
- Accompanies clients to scheduled appointments and event, providing transportation to and from activities as needed.
- Aids with daily tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning. Plans meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals, feeding and clean-up as needed.
- Effectively communicates all concerns, issues, incidents to management
- Adhere to company guidelines and the Major Unusual Incident reporting protocol to respond to incidents which may, in any way, affect an individual, their support team and the health and safety of individuals.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information received regarding Pristine Residential Care’s clients and services. Conditions of confidentiality shall follow HIPAA.
- All Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Must obtain 2 year Driving Abstract.
- Able to pass a fingerprint background check.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Physical ability to lift, lower, and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess the ability to express patience in difficult situations.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Caregiver experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Pay: From $12 – $15 per hour
